The Philippines is opening to the Gospel
Pastor Darin and a team from Ignite Christian Church visited central Pangasinan on the northern island of Luzon in the Philippines in February, 2018.
I attended a meeting in Manila where Senator Manny Pacquiao, the world-famous boxer, introduced a bill to instigate National Bible week, and this was passed and became law.
Indeed, the Philippines is opening to the Gospel, and Ps Darin is excited because he has strong links with churches in the country, and he also has a huge passion to bring the gospel to the people of the Philippines.
The mountain regions are beginning to open in a way we have never seen before, and the trip in February saw us linking with pastors across the region, beginning to train and equip them to reach their people for Christ.
We will be returning early next year and hope to begin strategising to empower pastors to reach the people of this great nation!
